Bill: National Sport Reform Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Kalistani Union of Democratic Socialists

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: February 4330

Description[?]:

OOC: This is just my personal OCD, but I think we need to change the national sport from "Football(Soccer)" to just "Soccer." That way it's easier for everybody to know what the national sport actually is and doesn't look as sloppy and unprofessional.

MessageOOC: I just thought that if we wanted to use one name to describe the sport then soccer is better than football because with football you have to specify if it's European football or American football, and that looks messy and unprofessional because you have to use parentheses and whatnot.

MessageOOC: The correct term for “soccer” is football. Us brits invented it and the language too so it’s FOOTBALL.
In my opinion anyway. Plus the current value has got soccer in brackets so people can distinguish between the two.
Ok rant over (:
