(This bill was proposed by the minister of Education and Culture Julia Buccho)
Charter schools are a great alternative to the normal education system. They can provide a realy high quality education without the cost of private school. Furthere more, charter schools can give to educator the opportunity to try new teaching method and it allow students to develop under new educational styles

For us, it is obvious that the government should do more in order to help the instauration of more charter school.

Provision;
Article 1) Upon the passage of this bill, charter school that are non-profit and have a specific focus shall be allow everywhere in Hutori.
Article 2.1) Every charter school in Hutori shall receive funding from the ministry of Education and Culture based upon the number of student that attend that school.
Article 2.2) The ministry of Education and Culture shall give the exact same amount of money per student to every charter school.
