MessageThere will also be an RP Senate. Senate elections will be every 4 in-game years. I think this bill will add a new angle to the game. I was talking OOC to the United Party of Beluzia on Discord and they told me about Beluzia's RP Senate and I was very interested by the idea. Vote yes if you want a bicameral Congress or no if you want to keep the current unicameral system.

MessageThe proposed Senate would have 375 seats (Half of the size of the current unicameral Congress). In the event that a coalition or singular party has a majority in the House, but not the Senate, then they'll have to form a confidence & supply agreement with one of the smaller parties in the Senate or include said party in their coalition deal. The main point of the Senate is to draft international treaties and to approve spending and taxation bills. What does everyone think?

Random fact: Don't vote yes on a cabinet coalition that doesn't give you the power that you deserve.

Random quote: "Capitalism and communism stand at opposite poles. Their essential difference is this: the communist, seeing the rich man and his fine home, says: 'No man should have so much.' The capitalist, seeing the same thing, says: 'All men should have as much.'" - Phelps Adams
