Message | PRESIDENTIAL ADDRESS TO PARLAY Presented to Parliament by APP spokesperson Hon. Ms. Guiying Zheng. Fellow country men and women, i am writing to you with an open heart full of determination and ambition in that 500 years ago the APP was formed with the same manifesto and party constitution as the one we are using. To this end we expect nothing but hardwork, research and monitoring of changing trends in our communities so we can better deliver as government. The opposition is challenged to find be truthful and patriotic in their undertakings. With a new cabinet I intend to undertake two formal state visits to boost our economy because once I return I will reshape our nation, with your help that is. I also intend to host two heads of state before my tenure expires. Meaning I'll be sending you friendship treaties and memorandums of understanding almost every six months. So I bid you to help the movement by ratifying the treaties and other bills brought before the house by the federal government. Signed Ersilia RodrÃguez President of the Federal Union of Gaduridos and APP Chairperson. |

Message | REMARKS TO PARLIAMENT Greetings fellow members of Parliament. I would like to begin my remarks by first congratulating President Rodriguez on her victory in a hard fought presidential election. We in the PCP look forward to working with the president, the APP, and all parties during the upcoming term. However, we do have some issues with this Cabinet proposal from President Rodriguez. While we are happy to receive two Cabinet offices under this proposal, we take issue with the fact that the PCP has not been awarded the prime minister position. While the APP may have won the presidency, the PCP holds the most seats in Parliament. We expect that the Cabinet will reflect the will of the voters and ensure that the effective leader of Parliament, the Prime Minister, is a member of the party with the most seats. We hope to negotiate a fair Cabinet deal with the APP that reflects the will of the voters, but we can not approve the current proposal from the president. Once again we look forward to working for the betterment of Gaduridos during the upcoming term. MP Benito Francisco (PCP-Marligantos) |
