| I have been in contact with the Czar's forces and the autonomous Government of Doron Akigo and they have offered peace terms as to end the Deltarian Civil War. We have deliberated with them and come up with an agreement that I feel would be in both of our interests to accept. This Republic, and the rebels Czarist Monarchy and the Independent State of Doron Akigo will merge to form a new Grand Republic in which there will be significant local autonomy. The name of it would be Veľká Republika Deltárska (Grand Republic of Deltaria) This will be led by a Grand council of 5 members of House Thaller. The elected President and Prime Minister will be the representative of the council. |
