| We call for a General Strike to force the removal of the tyrant Queen Sarah IV and to help facilitate the birth of a democratic Republic in Luthori. Workers have the right to withdraw their labour without fear of vindictive reprisals and it is another affront to democracy and human rights that this is denied to the peoples of our nation. |

Old value:: Trade unions must by law hold a ballot of all members before going on strike, a majority of all members, regardless of if they vote or not must approve the strike action.
Current: Trade unions must by law hold a ballot of all members before going on strike, majority approval of those that vote is needed from its members.
Proposed: Trade unions are not required by law to hold a ballot before striking.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change Employer's rights in regards to firing striking workers.
Old value:: Employers can fire workers who are deemed to have gone on strike without reasonable reasons.
Current: Employers can fire workers who are deemed to have gone on strike without reasonable reasons.
Proposed: Employers cannot fire workers who have gone on strike.

Proposal[?] to change Secondary strike action.
Old value:: Secondary strike action is illegal. Workers and unions can only go on strike for their own pay and conditions.
Current: Any trade union can go on a sympathy strike in support of other striking workers.

| Message | Mr. Speaker, It is telling that the so-called "Luthori Workers' Committee" understands that what they are demanding is completely unreasonable. Indeed, what they are advocating is illegal under the Constitutional Safety Act, and unless they renounce their support for republicanism and vote against this bill, their party will be banned.
