| Message | We cannot agree to a Treaty which allows even more foreign troops to be stationed and military bases to be constructed in Luthori. 'Article IX Kazulia shall establish a naval air base in Tinako, Luthori which shall be accessible to Luthorian military personnel. A limit of 25,000 Kazulian soldiers shall be stationed on the base.' There is no clause allowing Luthori to construct a reciprocal military installation in Kazulia. Only 12 months ago we signed the Luthori-Aloria Alliance Treaty which allowed Aloria to construct a naval base in Randamar and an air base in Aldwyke. We believe this agreement is sufficient. |
