MessageMr Speaker,

The SDP has heard the demands of the more Conservative parties and has drawn up this proposal. The SDP believes that this proposal gives the NNPP what it wants, while still making sure that a strong voice for the workers is heavily present in the government.

MessageMr Speaker,

While we would prefer to retain the finance portfolio, we will agree to this cabinet as it does not include the SWP.

MessageMr Speaker,

The Liberal National Party believes it is unfair to only receive two cabinet positions, meanwhile the much smaller Social Democratic Party receives 4. We will not support a cabinet that is drastically disproportional.
