| Recognizing that under current law the minimum age one must attend schooling until is 16, and seeing as students would benefit greatly from a more advanced education, and in order to fall in line with nationally set regulations on what constitutes an adult in Kalistan, this bill would raise the minimum age one must attend schooling for from 16 years of age to 18 years of age. |
