| Upon the Passage of this Bill the Executive Military Act is repealed in full and the Executive Military is disbanded. Units of the Executive Military will be reabsorbed into their constituent units within the Army of the Republic and the Zardic Special Operations Command. |

Upon the Passage of this Bill I will order the Minister of Defence to dismantle the Executive Military and recreate institutions dedicated to their task. The President of the Republic, the legal, lawful and only Head of State within this nation, is the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces. To disobey an order from the Commander in Chief is Insubordination at best and open insurrection and rebellion at worst. If your loyalty is to me then you will follow the Order when it is given, no if hands or buts, or you will be replaced by someone who will follow my Order, but regardless it will be followed. The Executive Military were created by a Party that never thought their reign in power would end. It has, and with it things will be put into the past where they belong.
