(This bill was proposed by the minister of Justice Stephen Doug) Even if some may say that prostitution is immoral, the government have no right impose it’s own morality upon the population. If some people are willing to have sex as their job and if some people are willing to pay to have that service, what right have we to stop them? With proper regulations, we can ensure that this proffession is practice safely and ethically. Article 1) Upon the passge of this bill, prositution shall be recognised as a regular profession and shall be regulated as such by the ministry of Trade and Industry. |
