Message | PCP believes that people should have the right to freely raise medical malpractice cases against doctors. We believe that a medical regulatory body would not leave too many just cases unprosecuted. We believe that the cap on monetary damages that can be won from medical malpractice suits provides a degree of protection for doctors against unjust lawsuits, but we are hesitant to go further than this.
