1. The Ministry of Education and Culture shall maintain an office, to be established at its own discretion, concerning controlling and regulation of cults which subvert the unity of the people. 2. The MEC shall forward to the Ministry of Internal Affairs all such enforcement actions as necessary. 3. All religious faiths and cults are FORBIDDEN from establishing, controlling, directing, or otherwise being affiliated with any paramilitary group, or other armed group.
