Recognizing that under current law the government disposes of residential waste and private corporations dispose of their own waste, and seeing as this leaves room for cutting corners and improper disposal, and further seeing as this is an undue burden on private companies, this bill would make the government fully responsible for all waste disposal. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, While perhaps the KDP may not have the seats to justify our experience in lawmaking, the Kalistani Democratic Party finds it quite humorous as to how the largest party in this country fails to put forward a bill in this parliament without anything more than an honourable cause to support itself. Honestly, how can this chamber have confidence in a government that can do little more than produce a sentence or two in its bills? The KDP will be symbolically voting nay on this bill not because of its intentions, but because of its lack of planning and detail as to how they will go about doing what they intend to do, and strongly encourages the other parties in this chamber to vote nay on this bill until the incumbent government can come up with something called a plan for its bills. |
