| As of May 4373, we have to announce the death of Iudex 2 of the Supremum Iudicatorium Seluciae, the honorable Jayr Kalivas, who devoted all his life to developing justice in our nation. May he rest in peace. As minister of Justice, is my duty to present a replacement to the Senatus Populi Seluciae to vote, and therefore, is my duty to announce all parties the availability of the empty chair in the Supreme Court. As rules stablish, candidates can be proposed to the Ministry of Justice until December 4373 (OOC: 1 day, via PM) in order to be proposed to the Senate. When presenting their candidature, their position of the main political issues of Selucia shall be announced (OOC: military, civil rights, religion, etc). If no candidate passes the Senatorial vote, the members of the Supreme Court will be given permission to choose their own candidate by single majority among them.
