Section One: Candidates for public office shall no longer be able to use public funds in their political campaigns. Section Two: Any money shall be considered public funds if it is raised by taxes, or if it is donated by a municipality, duchy, or the federal government. Section Three: Any money raised by an official political party shall not be considered public funds. Section Four: Candidates shall be allowed to fund their campaigns through fundraising and private donations. |
