| Section 1: The military of Luthori shall not be allowed to initiate biological warfare with any nation that has not previously used biological weaponry against the nation of Luthori. Section 2: In the case that another nation initiates biological warfare against Luthori, the military shall be allowed to retaliate by striking back with its own biological weaponry. Section 3: If Luthori is attacked with biological weaponry, the military shall have sixty days to respond with its own biological attacks. After sixty days have finished, Luthori shall no longer be allowed to unleash this weaponry against its belligerent enemy, unless the nation executes further attacks on Luthori. Section 4: Under no circumstances shall the military of Luthori ever use its biological technology to attack the civilians or governing parties of Luthori. Section 5: The purpose of this resolution shall be to maintain international and domestic peace. |
