Message | Mr Speaker This is how the upper classes secure themselves financially. This is not about free market, completion or capitalism in general. This is a cruel way to push poor people out of their homes. Workers who live on the minimum wage will not be able to afford the homes they currently reside in if this bill passes. We wish to plead will all those who holds seats to not let this pass. If it does we will see people's rent increase while the wealthy of society keep getting the profit. And if it does pass, my party will make it a top priority to restore order and fairness. Not in a long time have we seen such a open destain for the working class. Message | Mr Speaker, Rent regulations merely lead to cramped conditions or worse, squallor within those homes as the landlords cut costs in other ways, or put more people in the homes to make it profitable. Frederick Stinson Chancellor and Imperial Seal Bearer Deputy Leader of the Royalists |

Message | Mr Speaker, A man who obviously stands completly dissconnected from the Working class. A man who sees it fit to make living worse for the majority of the population. The leader of the largest party in the Empire, sees it fit the kick people, who work hard out on the cold street. When rent is left uncontrolled the landlords will indeed renovate and raise their standard, and with that rent goes up, which only attracts those of a higher income since others can not afford it. In my life as a Union leader i have seen how the upper classes only whish for more, and it seems they have a party in the Goverment that will gladly do that for them. Luthori has grown cold, her politics dark with those with no care for her population. Chairman Frederick Coombes Social Democratic Party |

Message | Mr Speaker, There are only so many upper class or rich people, and i doubt many of them rent. Word play and rhetoric does not change facts, capping rents means those who have to rent live in poorer conditions. Lift the cap and rent may go up higher than the cap, but it will also see standards raised and conditions improve. The legislation on subsidising housing will mean no one on the streets.
