Come on.... Come on... You know you want to approve this bill.

Life is precious, choosen when it is your time to go when youre ill, in severe pain, with no or little chance of a cure is also precious.

I like the status quo on this, and would rather not see it go to vote. Not that I have a vote anyway.

MessageThe Christian Democrats passed this law during the last government. We believe all life to be precious and do not think we should permit euthanasia. It is the first step on the road to eugenics, and that path has the whiff of the gas chamber about it.

We're eager to see new leadership emerge in the assembly, but the most active political movements in the nation do not have legislative representation yet and the remaining parties are conspiracy theorists or unreconstructed obstructionists. The country will have to endure a minority government under our leadership until such a time as one of the new movements can gain strength. We wish you the very best of luck!

MessageTo the esteemed gentlemen from the League of Redheads, we say that some healthy people do not have a quality of life. Should doctors prescribe to them lethal doses of morphine? We do not think government should encourage such barbaric and appaling practices.

MessageEsteem members of CD. This is not a doctor's only situation. Both patient and Doctor will have to agree. Given such that those healthy people are most likely not seeing doctors, since they are healthy, there would be opportunity for a doctor to prescribe such. If a healthy patient came in to request that service with no prior experience, the proper physican would refer that patient to behavior medicine. For a HEALTHY person to request such service signifies a suicidal persona that would take their own life without a doctor if opportunity presented.
