Description[?]:

Section 1: The Ministry of Environment and Tourism shall have the power to classify animals as "rare" or "endangered," and animals under this classification shall be protected from extinction. Animals may be protected for ecological or scientific purposes.

Section 2: All animals that are classified as "endangered" shall be protected by the government in order to protect the natural ecosystem and habitat. It shall be illegal to hunt endangered animals.

Section 3: Killing an endangered animal shall not be a criminal offense, but a fine shall be required.

Section 4: Some species may be allowed to become extinct, as this often occurs naturally in nature, but this resolution shall limit the speeding up of the extinction process by human tampering.
