Message | To the Honourable Members of Parliament On behalf of His Imperial and Most Excellent Majesty, Emperor Alexander I, how does Parliament plan on reconciling the fact that as the Head of State and as Hutori is a Constitutional Monarchy, does that mean that Parliament is banning his titles, and subsequently his authority as Head of State, and that of his heirs? Message | Mr. Speaker Never minding the fact the USP didn't show proper Parliamentary decorum I'll note they didnt actually answer the question; Hutori is a Constitutional Monarchy. His Imperial Majesty derives his titles and power from the Constitution. Constitutional Amendment require a two thirds supermajority to pass. So my question to the Honourabke Members of Parliament is again: how do they plan on reconciling the fact that His Imperial Majesty and His Family derives their power and title from the Constititiom and subsequently this Bill would infringe on their Constitutional Rights and Powers? Even if this were to pass, His Imperial Majesty would still be Head of State, He will still retain his titles, as will his heirs as Heads of States of the Provinces. My point more then anything, what does this accomplish? Lord Stephen Wilson Lord Chamberlain to the House of Steuart-Carmichael |
