MessageMr Speaker,

I hereby propose this cabinet and hope that the DCP and the NNPP will join us in a coalition. We have worked well with the NNPP in the past, and hope that relationship can continue, and hope that we can build a great working relationship with the DCP as well.

MessageMr Speaker

I am extremely disappointed that the Reform Party, traditional allies of the Conservative Party have been left out of this cabinet.

MessageMr Speaker,

I apoligize to the member opposite for not including his party in this proposal. When creating a cabinet proposal, this party looks to create a majority with the fewest number of parties possible, reducing the risk of in-fighting within the coalition. We hope that the Reform Party will still work alongside this government as we work hard to make this nation a better place.
