MessageMr. Speaker,

The New Liberal Party of Hutori supports local control of government services in general. However, we cannot support any bill that introduces an unfunded mandate. Happily, our friends in the Conservative Party want to devolve library administration to local governments while ALSO subsidising operating costs. We could not think of a better bill concerning libraries and we will support it.
