| Allowing divorces only if both members of a couple accept it is simply a sign of the government's reactionary and discriminatory attitude, which forces those couples in which one of the members may be suffering abuse to remain next to their abuser the rest of their life. While we are not hopeful that this proposal will thrive given that the current law was implemented by majority, we hope to show our firmest rejection of the lack of respect shown by the government , which hides behind the "morality" of their laws.
