| A Bill on the Policy Areas in which the New Liberals, Ultrackian Socialists, and New National Progressives agree Article 1 (USPH) - All enterprises will be required to cover basic payroll contributions for their employees. Article 2 (NNPP) - Advertising of substances classified as addictive and harmful will be banned. The New Liberals agree to support both measures. |

We ask our friends and colleagues to suggest policy changes. If we agree with the policy change, we will add it to the bill. Each subsequent policy proposal that is added to the bill must be agreed upon by all parties who already have joined in the writing of the bill. | Message | Mr. Speaker, After talking with the leader of the Ultrackian Socialists, it seems we agree on one particular issue: both parties believe that all - not just large - employers should cover payroll contributions. We have updated the bill language to reflect that policy position. We hope the Ultrackian Socialists will still support the bill after that provision is added.
