MessageMr. Speaker,

I rise to announce that the New Liberals will put forth a 3 proposal bill with any other party that seeks to work with us. We ask our friends and colleagues to suggest policy changes. If we agree with the policy change, we will add it to the bill. Each subsequent policy proposal that is added to the bill must be agreed upon by all parties who already have joined in the writing of the bill.

We look forward to working with our friends and colleagues in this great deliberative body for the betterment of the lives of all Hutorians.

Russell Selwyn

Leader of the New Liberals

MessageMr. Speaker,

After talking with the leader of the Ultrackian Socialists, it seems we agree on one particular issue: both parties believe that all - not just large - employers should cover payroll contributions. We have updated the bill language to reflect that policy position.

We ask other parties who agree with this approach to propose policy changes that both the USPH and the New Liberals would also support.

MessageMr. Speaker,

After talking with the leader of the NNPP, we have decided to add a provision (forthcoming) on prohibiting the advertising of harmful substances. We hope the Ultrackian Socialists will still support the bill after that provision is added.

With one more proposal left, we will ask for any fourth party to join the New Liberals, USPH, and NNPP in creating a joint platform for this bill.

MessageMr. Speaker,

As no other parties have moved forward to work with the USPH-NNPP-New Liberal coalition, we will bring this bill to the floor in its current form.

We present the Joint Ultrackian-Moderate Platform (JUMP) Act of 4389 for Parliament's consideration, The JUMP Act bans advertising of highly harmful substances and requires all businesses to to cover basic payroll contributions for their employees.

We hope our friends and colleagues in this great deliberative body will support this bill - which this coalition believes will make the lives of Hutorians better!
