Date | 16:54:59, May 08, 2018 CET | From | Hutori Party | To | Debating the Corporate tax act |
Message | Mr Speaker, Taking more money from companies is not going to save the economy. We need a stronger market and a larger private sector, not exorbant tax rates on the currently small private sector. The Royalist Party will not support this bill. Alex Murphy MP for Prosperity North Opposition Finance Critic |
Date | 17:20:06, May 08, 2018 CET | From | New Liberal Party of Hutori | To | Debating the Corporate tax act |
Message | Mr. Speaker, The New Liberals have decided to wait and see what happens with the BUDGET act before committing one way or another on this bill. We hope our partners in the USPH understand, and look forward to working with them in the governing coalition on other matters. Julia Black MP for Woodhurst North Deputy Government Finance Minister |
Date | 01:37:54, May 09, 2018 CET | From | Green Left Party | To | Debating the Corporate tax act |
Message | Mr. Speaker, While the Green Left Party agree with the notion of having corporations bear significant cost to the community which allows them to be successful, this big a jump in tax will destabilise markets and cut swathes through employment. We would vote for a staged corporate tax of no more than 2pp/annum toward a 33% cap. Robert Bianchi GLP Spokesperson for Industry & Trade |
