Message | Albert Steiner, Foreign Minister Earlier this session, the legislature put its seal of approval on legislation to this effect in order to end the self-destructive and barbaric chemical and biological weapons programs funding by our government. But it is not enough to simply end these programs - we must commit ourselves to never return to them. I have proposed the ratification of the Ban on Biological and Chemical Weapons to commit Talmoria, for all time, to a just and humane military and foreign policy. |

Random fact: "Treaty-locking", or ratifiying treaties that completely or nearly completely forbid any proposals to change laws, is not allowed. Amongst other possible sanctions, Moderation reserves the discretion to delete treaties and/or subject parties to a seat reset if this is necessary in order to reverse a treaty-lock situation. |
