| Message | Mt. Speaker, Again we see the Reform Party trying to limit access to medical care, and the choices of women. As long as abortion is legal, it will happen. Those who cannot pay will seek low-cost medical procedures that will put the mother's and child's lives at risk. The New Liberals cannot support his legislation.
