An act to establish the position of Speaker of Parliament.

1. The position of speaker will be elected at the start of each parliamentry session
2. The Speaker will oversee debate and produce a strong and valuable debate in parliament, also keeping order.
3. The second largest party will be given the first shot at holding the speaker position, failing that the largest party will hold the position by default.

MessageI am slightly confused. How are they elected? If it usually goes to the 2nd largest party, then is it a yes/no vote on if they get the position? Or can anyone be nominated for it.
