Undoing some of the authoritarian aspects of the Morality Visibility Bill in order to bring back our citizen's right to freedom. The people of Kirlawa should not have to behave in accordance with the governments views on morality unless their actions could harm other citizens. Excludes policy on crossdressing since that is currently being debated in a separate bill. |

Current: The mentally ill can be compulsorily detained if they are deemed to pose a threat to others.
