Bill: Cabinet Proposal - Coalition of the willing
Details
Submitted by[?]: Grand Nationalist Fraction
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.
Voting deadline: June 4402
Description[?]:
LNC would like to officialize a former vice-Presidency Act. The former act says: Upon passage of this bill, party leaders whose parties vote in favour of cabinet proposals are awarded the title of "Vice President" or can assign someone - it is the President's choice who is considered the "First Vice President" (if he/she chooses to have one) while the others will remain with the normal title. If no pecking order has been established, the largest party of the ruling parties has the First vice-president. Ranking will be made by whether or not parties are ruling parties and afterwards by the number of seats in the Presidium. Parties with no seats in the Presidium can not assign a vice-president. We would like all MPs to give this a thought. We will hand in a Resolution to officialize soon. |
