Article 1)

Upon this bill's passage the Defense Advanced Research Project & Production Organization or DARPPO will be created.

Article 2)

DARPPO will oversee all defense production and research to ensure that all government funds are being used correctly and in an efficient manner.

Article 3)

All technologies developed under DARPPO will only be eligible to be sold to Hutorian government and her close allies.

Article 4)

Research grants will be administered by DARPPO and be provided to research professors and graduates who meet DARPPO criteria.
