| Message | Mr Speaker, I propose this amendment to the taxation system of Luthori. The tax burden on this new system will fall further onto those that can afford it, whilst reducing the burden on those that struggle, and whose consumption is the backbone of the economy. This bill will also increase Government revenue, so as to ensure the financial security of our nation for years to come, all whilst protecting the welfare state.
