| This bill seeks to remove the government for the lives of individuals. 1) All GR Surgeries will be regulated by the same standards as all other medical procedures. 2) This bill also seeks to fund research into the ethics and science behind transgenderism and gender dysphoria to better treat individuals. |

Gender reassignment is the choice of each individual and therefore the government should not subsidize it, promote it nor should it condemn it. We advocate for a hands off approach. Now the NLP engages in logically questionable tactics, first they mix a little bit of ad hominem & red herring together and say "What about the Poor?!?" What about them? We simply suggest that we withhold government funding from this type of procedure until further research can determine if it is the best course of action or not.
