| Message | Mr Speaker, After concerns were raised about our last proposal, we decided it was better to create a new one. Now the challenging part of this is that we had 2 parties who want control of the Foreign Affairs ministry, to resolve this, we are allowing the Federalists to hold onto Defense as they requested and will offer them Health & Social Services, a ministry requested by the New Liberals, as well as Education & Culture so that the New Liberals may control Foreign Affairs. I have also ensured that the National Reform Party has an equal number of cabinet positions as the Scientians and the USPH as per their request. I hope this proposal satisfies all.
