| His Imperial Majesty, the Son of Heaven, who governs as the Emperor of Indrala with the Mandate of Heaven, has declared the following: "Mr. Xu Chunquan, observing his long service to Indrala through the Armed Forces, through the Grand Assembly and for respecting the Imperial Decree Regarding the Mobilization of Paramilitary Forces is deserving of greater recognition. Accordingly, I have entered the Hall of Ancestors and bestowed the title of “Baron of the First Rank,” upon Mr. Xu, and elevating his family to the status of Noble Clan. Further, in recognition for his deep respect for Indralan history, I have also decided to bestow upon Mr. Xu the unusual title of "Beiyi of Jiaomei," a historical region which covered Mr. Xu's hometown of Lanbao, Min (https://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/History_of_Indrala?file=Enzoindrala2.png). This title is lower than that of Baron, and is primarily a decorative style. Thus, Mr. Xu's title shall be: His Lordship, Xu Chunquan, Baron of the First Rank, Beiyi of Jiaomei. The title of "Baron of the First Rank" is permitted to transfer to the next of kin in full and without restriction. The title "Beiyi of Jiaomei" shall dissolve upon Mr. Xu's passing.” Proclaimed to all under the Heavens, let it be known! |
