The PSP is of the opinion that we are too restrictive in our country on the issue of nakedness. A body is a body, and one should be able to have the freedom to show it. Message | The Secular Humanist Party agrees with the PSP. Without being a detriment to society there is no reason to prohibit anything; this includes public nudity and sexual acts in public. The burden of proof of why this should be illegal is with those in favour of the law, those that believe public nudity and public shows of affection are a problem.
