Description[?]:

His Imperial Majesty the Son of Heaven, who governs as the Jianwen Emperor of Indrala, has received a petition from His Grace, Wu Hui, the Duke of Han. It was the request of the Duke of Han to be recognized instead as the Duke of Shu, for the Wu Clan originates from the Shu Province.

His Imperial Majesty has replied the following:

"On the 9th of September 3789, the Heirloom Seal of the Realm was peacefully handed over from the Sima Clan to the Wu Clan, symbolizing a respectful acknowledgement in the change of the Mandate of Heaven. Thus began the He Dynasty.

On the 1st of December 4338, the Heirloom Seal of the Realm was similarly transferred from the Wu to our late Emperor and sacred father. Thus began the Yu Dynasty.

In this way, there precedent of establishing good relations between those deposed and those selected by Heaven to rule from the Dragon Throne. In understanding this precedent established by our ancestors, the late Tianshun Emperor, under advice from the Jienist scholars conferred upon Wu Guowen the title 'Duke of Han.'

Having received the petition from the Wu Clan, which was submitted out of a sincere desire to properly venerate their progenitors, it is clear that the counsel provided to the Tianshun Emperor was wrong, and that this error must be corrected. As such, Wu Hui shall henceforth be recognized as the Duke of Shu. The title 'Duke of Han' shall dissolve for the time being."

Proclaimed to all under the Heavens, let it be known!

Random fact: Particracy allows you to establish an unelected head of state like a monarch or a president-for-life, but doing this is a bit of a process. First elect a candidate with the name "." to the Head of State position. Then change your law on the "Structure of the executive branch" to "The head of state is hereditary and symbolic; the head of government chairs the cabinet" and change the "formal title of the head of state" to how you want the new head of state's title and name to appear (eg. King Percy XVI).

Random quote: "If you have an apple, and I have an apple, and we exchange the apples, then you and I will still each have one apple. But if you have an idea, and I have an idea, and we exchange these ideas, then each of us will have two ideas." - George Bernard Shaw
