Article 1) All candidates who meet the electoral nomination requirements are eligible to receive 10,000 HLR. Article 2) Candidates who receive public funding must disclose all campaign spending. Article 3) If any candidate receives more than 50,000 HLR in support they will be come ineligible for public campaign funds. |
