Message | Mr. Speaker, This bill doesn't go far enough in the eyes of the LLP. For this reason we have put forward our own proposal as part of the Military Act VI. Not to mention that this bill doesn't make sense, the current law prevents us from building chemical and nuclear weapons, if we can't produce we can't use! Message | Mr Speaker, The LLP are right to point out that this putting the horse before the cart (or the other way round). Currently we cannot use the aforementioned weapon systems, we have no need to. However we can research such systems. Therefore it would not tak a massive step to go from research to production and this proposal would already establish the rules for using such systems. Francis Young Republican leader |
