The Minister of Defense introduces a comprehensive bill that will make sure that our nation is capable of not only defending ourselves but that we are also capable of ending a war if the situation arises. The Minster of Defense does not see a direct threat to our security but fully realizes that military preparedness is a necessity whether war is imminent or not. |

Old value:: The nation shall never purchase, produce, or store biological or chemical weaponry, for military purposes. Research and development of the technology is permitted.
Current: The nation shall never develop, purchase or store biological or chemical weaponry.
Proposed: The nation reserves the right to develop, construct and store biological and chemical weapons.
