| The Minister of Defense introduces a comprehensive bill that will make sure that our nation is capable of not only defending ourselves but that we are also capable of ending a war if the situation arises. The Minster of Defense does not see a direct threat to our security but fully realizes that military preparedness is a necessity whether war is imminent or not. |
