Message | Mr. Speaker, we just nationalised the TOC, privatizing it would be akin to burning money. And again, give the presidium time before bringing it to a vote. Charles McPhearson PSP MP and transport spokesperson OOC: Really, if the coalition is not stopping with flooding the floor with bills I will go to the game moderator, this is getting outrageous. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, It can not be the case that a coalition makes crucial changes right before an election, without attempting to reach a consensus with the opposition, and than request that no changes can be made shortly after an election. Although, I agree with the complaint that to many bills are being issued in a to short timespan, as such we support measures that bring some sanity to the presidium. The CDUL will always allow for ample time for debate. Yet when a coalition decides on such a drastic measure as to nationalize the TOC (not even presented by itself, but in combination with decentralization measures that have nothing in common with one another), its members could have already guessed the opposition would try to undo this given the change. Message | Mr Speaker We find it odd that the PSP consider it strange for a change of government to not lead to a change of policy. Francis Young Republican leader |
