Description[?]:
To build a truly egalitarian society, we have to grant all of its individuals the same opportunities to live. To break with individualism and bring all people together, to make them understand that we must all collaborate together if we want to advance as a society, does not end with our death. For this reason, from the Ministry of Health and Social Services we propose that the donation of organs after the death of citizens be immediate, unless it has been previously established that they do not want to do so. In this way, the organs of this person will serve to give the opportunity to other citizens to be able to continue living, thanks to the help that has been provided to them. The immediate donation will not be made when: the individual has established thir express wish not to do it; or when at least one close relative (parents, children, or spouse) opposes it [point open for debate] In relation to sports clubs, it is clear that the state can not ignore the health of its citizens. We must put all our elements at your disposal, and that includes taking care of your physical health so that all individuals can afford to practice those sports they wish without major problems. Therefore, we are open to apply this law or allow regional governments to decide about it. Aegeus Zografos Minister of Health and Social Services |

Message | Senators, We would support this bill, although we don't believe article 1 goes far enough. We should implement mandatory universal donation in Selucia, if not for organs than at least for blood donations. This will help save countless lives and would lead to popular commitment to the common good. Iennifer Vinicia Opis Princeps Senatus |
