Message | So we give in to their mental illness? |
Date | 22:22:09, July 24, 2018 CET | From | One World Party | To | Debating the Fair Gender Reassignment Act 4428 |
Message | Hardly. As stated, GD is a real mental health issue. However, unlike depression, anxiety, or similar problems, GD cannot be treated with traditional medicine or therapy. Science has consistently shown that gender reassignment surgery is one of the few ways of supporting those with GD. |
Date | 20:27:14, July 25, 2018 CET | From | Democratic Union Party | To | Debating the Fair Gender Reassignment Act 4428 |
Message | If the government takes no position on the issue of legally changing ones gender, doesn't, by default, allow for individuals to choose on their own which gender they wish to identify with? |
Date | 01:57:21, July 26, 2018 CET | From | One World Party | To | Debating the Fair Gender Reassignment Act 4428 |
Message | I would agree, however, the fact that there is a seperate option for what you describe tells me otherwise. |

Message | Under the current law the federal government does not take a stance, instead it leaves it to the local governments to decide. |
