MessageSenators,

Our current legislation on immigration includes an amendment to the Nationality Law by requiring Permanent Residents to serve in the Armed Forces or in alternative civilian service prior to being granted citizenship. We would be open to removing that requirement and only require Permanent Residents to prove their command of the Selucian language, provided that after being granted citizenship they will continue to be required to undergo military or civilian service, just like all other citizens.

MessageSenators,

Of course, once citizenship is granted, all the regulation applied to any Selucian-born shall be applied.

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there.

Random quote: "My tenure will be controversial and it is, quite obviously, true that I am the most right-wing Prime Minister this country has seen in several decades.” - Margaret Woodhall, former Dranian politician
