One - Title • This document, if put into law, shall • be officially referred as the "Free • Welfare Services Act". Art. Two - Provisions • The principles set in this document • is that: • • 1. The Confederal Government, as an • ___an association of public servants • ___shall provide free and quality • ___welfare services to the People. • • 2. To give the management of welfare • ___services to the private sector is • ___a bad decision and therefore the • ___Government must be responsible for • ___carrying out welfare services. • • 3. Message | While the NRM supports the primary intention of this bill, we ultimately cannot support the bill due to Articles 3 and 4, which would weaken the ability for our citizens to pursue vocational training and other non-standard career paths - contributing to the goal of bringing "innovation to the Confederation" through a citizenry with a breadth of skill-sets. |
