| Message | Mr Speaker, We agree with article 2, but we believe that community banking should be allowed to continue privately. We will not mourn the end of the vulture capitalist banks. But the small community banks are a great means for local businesses to garner capital and grow themselves. We therefore cannot vote for the bill as is Aaron West (Shadow Finance Secretary) |
