| Message | Honorable Members of this Imperial Diet I would like to first extend a thank you to the Speaker for allowing me to speak before this House and thank each and every one of you that serve this great Empire on behalf of your constituents, your nation and the Commonwealth. This situation with!Aldegar is lost regrettable. At one point Aldegar and Luthori were close allies and steadfast trading partners when Aldegar was a willing member of our Imperial Commonwealth. Thay the situation has reached this critical level is heartbreaking and I weep for the situation. The Imperial Commonwealth is a willing alliance and union of nations that ebbs and wanes like the moon; nations have left but the bonds we have formed remain and can be mended, expanded or left to languish. While we must encourage nations to willing join our Commonwealth we must not be tempted to bring things through the mud when they do leave. We must work past these situations and mend the situation with Aldegar. I will state that I personally do not claim to be the Shah of Aldegar unless willingly and openly do the people of Aldegar wish to offer me that title, which they do not. We must recognize the self determination, their independence and their choice. The Commonwealth of Hutori has amended their Constitution to reflect my desire to leave that title in the past, and I urge the Right Honorable Chancellor Who Also Holds My Imperial Seal in My Name, and the Leader of My Most Loyal Opposition, to come together and amend the constitution to reflect my wish to withdraw the title of Shah until such a time that the people of Aldegar should they ever, wish to recognize it.
