| We view it as necessary to do a small background check on anyone attempting to enter or leave Kalistan in order to ensure we're not allowing dangerous criminals to either enter our country or allow wanted men to escape to foreign lands. 1) Anyone attempting to enter or leave Kalistan will be stopped at the border for a small background check. 1a) People with clean background will be allowed to continue on their way. 1b) Visitors who have been identified as wanted criminals in their home country will be detained and handed over to their government. 1b-a) Visitors who have been identified as wanted criminals in their home country, but are wanted for breaking laws which infringe upon their freedoms will be allowed to seek refugee status from the government of Kalistan. 1c) Citizens wanted by our government who are caught at the border will be turned in to the government where they will go through the judicial process. |
