MessageMr. Speaker,

The Sutton Nationalist Party is wholly focused on devolution of powers to Sutton. We believe other Provincial governments may feel the same. The above are a list of policies related to devolution that we will support. We ask all other parties to tell us which policies THEY WILL NOT support, so that we may make a bill that passes, not fails.

MessageMr Speaker,

The Royalist Party will not support articles 8, 9 and 12. Article 8 doesn't make any sense considering our party made recreational canabis legal decades ago, so why allow provinces to disallow medicinal use? Article 9 is something this party will not support as we do not support any form of discrimination. As for Article 12, we believe there is no reason to keep a dangerous animal as a pet and therefore cannot support this change.

MessageMr Speaker,

Per the request of the Royalist Party, we have removed the articles mentioned.

Does the Bill now have Royalist support?

MessageMr Speaker,

We thank the SNP for hearing our comments and removing the articles that our party cannot support. Even though we usually dp not support omnibus bills on principle, we can support every article within this bill, therefore we will vote in favour of this bill.

First Minister Macdougall sends his full endorsement of this bill.
